Chris Howlett researched the service of the B-29 with the Royal Air Force.
He devised the Washington Times newsletter to attract interest in this subject and as a means of publishing information he has found and increasingly received. The first issue appeared in Autumn 2001.
'Washington' members of the former 207 Squadron RAF Association spoke highly of Chris's work. Matters relating to 207's Washingtons were freely exchanged.
