Cemeteries & No Known Grave Memorials

These pages list by cemetery and Commonwealth War Graves Commission memorial those who died in service with the Squadron. As shown on the left of your screen the listing is by country. It is searchable.

It is provided in case anyone wishes to plan their journey to enable them to pay their respects or becomes interested in their 'local' 207 Sqn war graves - which may just be one grave in a churchyard. Donation of good quality digital images of the Squadron and VC headstones taken in these cemeteries is always welcome by email or on CD - please contact the Editor.

The war grave cemetery information links are to the excellent and much appreciated Commonwealth War Graves Commission website, set up to further the memory of those who gave their lives for our freedom. This opportunity is taken to again thank the CWGC for all they do and for their assistance on this project. Raymond Glynne-Owen and Alan Mawby are also thanked.

There are some for whom there is no CWGC listing because their date of death is outwith the CWGC's time periods - for WWI, 1914-21; for WWII, 1939-1947.

If you believe you know of any of our casualties who are not listed please contact the Editor, who accepts responsibility for any errors or omissions.
