27 John Curnow 103 Sqn: members of his crew lie in Lavannes, Marne, graveyard, killed 9th/10th March 1943, with 4 from Lancaster EM-X W4172, 207 Sqn (F/Sgt Ivor Wood): Sgt George Margetson, Sgt George Mortimore, Sgt Richard Warren, and F/Sgt Ivor Wood. Sgt Gordon Brownhill and Sgt Richard Brown evaded and Sgt William Lishman RCAF POW [Stalag 344 Lamsdorf, pow nr 27720]. Possibility of a 207/103 visit in 2005?
