The back of Flight Sgt DI (Ian) Clement's copy says:

"207 Sqn Aircrew May 1945 taken at RAF Stn Spilsby, Lincs., England

This photograph was taken about 2 weeks after VE Day.
Not all Sqn aircrew (for various reasons) were available for the photograph, which I suppose represents about two thirds of the flying personnel.
Incidentally the aircraft used was a Lancaster of No.44 (Rhodesia) Squadron(!) which shared the airfield with 207 Sqdn at that date. (The probable reason was that the 44 Sqdn dispersals were situated nearer to the Photographic Section!)"
