207 Squadron RAF Association - Visit to Belgium May 2005
Monday May 9th 2005 - Canada War Museum, Adegem

The Museum kindly opened especially for us, providing a hot snack before we continued on our homeward journey. We were fascinated to hear from the son (above) and grandaughter (left, with Kevin Mapley) of the founder Maurice Van Landschoot about the bitter fighting that took place locally, of the gratitude to the Canadians who fought and died for freedom, and how the museum obtained some of the display items.
