207 Squadron's badge (left) is now in place (above) following a ceremony of dedication on 21st July 2001. The names of those who died were long ago inscribed on the propellor blade, which shows signs of the crash.  source: R Glynne-Owen

 


Margny is 52 km west of Chalons-sur-Marne and 10km NE of Montmirail. The cemetery is on the NE side of the Verdon to Margny road, at the junction of the road to Orbais. (source: J van Puyenbroek)
