Noel Cockfield emails Feb 2010: My father, Gordon Cockfield, served on 207 Squadron from 12 Dec 1974 until 3 Oct 1977 as a navigator - I think at some point he was the Nav Leader. During this time he logged 695hrs on Devons, including 34 hrs at night. I have all of his flying log books, and a mass of photos which, one day, will get sorted. Prior to 207, Dad was on 25 [SAM] Sqn at RAF Bruggen. From 207 Sqn, he went to the Air Transport Flt at RAE Farnborough where he continued flying Devons, as well as a Dakota III, which is now part of the BBMF
